Beyond Zero Campaign Forum - Baba Dogo Primary School

On 18 October, local PZ Cussons employees took part in supporting the Honourable First Lady of the Republic of Kenya, Mrs Margaret Kenyatta’s Beyond Zero HIV Campaign. The awareness and fundraising event was organised by the Nairobi County at Baba Dogo Primary School. The Baba Dogo school is located within the precincts of PZ Cussons East Africa Ltd.

The Beyond Zero Campaign was launched in January 2014 in Kenya’s capital Nairobi to accelerate the implementation of the national plan towards the elimination of new HIV infections among children; as well as reducing preventable death and illnesses among children and mothers.

Also at the fundraising event were members of PZ Cussons' Carex team who helped to show visitors the general benefits of having a proper handwashing regime and the most effective way to wash hands.
